The LCDC promotes economic development including helping new and existing entrepreneurs complete business plans, loan applications for presentation to banks, cash flow projections etc. Loans are available to a maximum $125, 000.00 per business venture. Special financial assistance is also available for disabled and youth entrepreneurs. The LCDC staff have expertise in lending, bookeeping, consulting, financial and strategic planning and hold various training workshops to assist the small business person. A full resource library is available for public use. Internet accessibility is also available in the library.
