La Baie Rapure is a Small family-owned business dealing in the Manufacturing and Distribution of Rappie Pie (Rapure) - a traditional Acadian dish.
We have been in operation for 15 years, and business is steadily growing to outside the Acadian community due to a continued demand by customers from accross the province to have access to the product.
Visitors and tourists from outside Nova Scotia who have tried this product keep coming back. Their interest as well as a demand for our product has led us to expand our operation for distribution accross Canada and into the United States.
We are presently in the this stage and plan to be in full operation with Export capabilities by the Summer of 1997.
