LEC Quantity Surveying Inc. is a complete service and fully qualified quantity surveying practice based in the Vancouver area. We have provided cost and management advice on more than 1000 projects throughout B. C., Canada, the USA and Overseas.
Cost planning and cost control are the foundation services of this practice.
We provide services for master planning, busines case analysis, functional programming, cost palnning at all stages of the design process and cost control through to completion of construction.
We are also qualified and accredited to provide value analysis, life cycle costing and alternate dispute resolution services.
Our principals have 40 years of experience in contract administration on building and civil engineering projects in BC and many parts of the world. Several of these project were executed with multiple general contractors on the site and a variety of design andd jurisdictional authorites to team with.
Institutional projects continue to form the majority of our practice and experience, including many of the prominent projects designed and constructed in B. C.
We enjoy a good relationship throughout the industry with designers, contractors and materials suppliers, enabling us to provide sound, reliable, up-to-date cost advice.
Major financial institutions employ our services for review and advice on construction financing agreements.
Our office resources are fully computerized and we are experienced in using intranet information sharing systems for project management.
