A Our mission is to provide premier quality labels to all our customers no matter how small or how large the account or order may be. We are of the opinion that all our customers are number one in our eyes and are entitled to top quality products and service no matter what. The normal is two weeks for delivery on all orders and we strive to get them to the customer as soon as we possibly can, which is almost always less than the two weeks requested. On occasion we are unable to hit our target ship date, but bearing in mind, the outside factors, such as the production of new art-work, print plates and at times new dies or other tooling over which we have no production control as we cannot forecast this timing structure, as these items are done by outside people with years of experience and expertise, who work with us to meet our customers deadlines, however, they still have their own priorities and their other clients deadlines to work around.

B The owner of the company, Mr. Ken Brown, and his other printers have over 35 years experience in the printing business, and they are extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the print business, and they have, that which can only be described as a passion for what they do. Most of the time he will be found at one of the presses engaged in the printing of either a very complex label with five to six colors or hues, and other times he is running a simple order of blank thermal labels or a master roll of clip seals. He supervises and takes an active part in helping with any problem that may arise from time to time. He surrounds himself with talented and knowledgeable people and then lets them do their job. The office and sales staff are both extremely dedicated and experienced in their areas and they, and the total staff are all dedicated to give each and every customer the best in attention, quality and service.

To some its just a label, to us its a work of art.
