Northrop Grumman Corporation is a US$25 billion global defense
company, headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA. Northrop
Grumman provides technologically advanced, innovative products,
services and solutions in systems integration, defense
electronics, information technology, advanced aircraft,
shipbuilding, and space technology. With approximately 120,000
employees and operations in all 50 states and 25 countries,
Northrop Grumman serves U.S. and international military,
government and commercial customers.

For over 40 years, Northrop Grumman Canada Corporation (NGCC)
has produced high-technology electronic systems for aerospace
industry, airlines, military agencies and governments around the
world.

Engineering and logistics services, manufacturing and repair and
overhaul are provided in advanced facilities in Toronto, Ontario
and Halifax, Nova Scotia. NGCC has developed and offers
continuing customer support for a broad range of advanced
engineering products, including:
Inertial Navigation Systems
Flat Panel AMLCD and LED Displays
Flight Inspection Systems
Airborne Search and Surveillance Radar
Light Armoured Vehicle Electronics

The NGCC Toronto facility has recently completed the Critical
Design Review of the advanced flat panel cockpit display system
upgrade for the Canadian Forces and Royal Australian Air Force
F/A-18 aircraft. The company is well along the way in the
development and demonstration of the Electronically Controlled
Active Suspension Systems (ECASS), which dramatically improves
the maneuvering and cross country performance of wheeled and
tracked vehicles. Thereby, resulting in highly-mobile, stable
platforms from which weapons can be fired and both troops and
vital supplies transported to the front lines. The Toronto
facility also houses the only full service Carousel IV depot-
level repair and overhaul facility in the world.

First-to-third levels of maintenance in support of the CP-140
Aurora Maritime Patrol Aircraft are provided at avionics test,
repair and overhaul centre in Halifax. NGCC is responsible for
life cycle support of the advanced avionics and mission systems
used on-board the CP-140 aircraft and systems engineering for
several major CP-140 modernization projects. Through its part in
the Optimized Weapon Systems Process, the company continues to
deliver customer focused solutions aimed at maximizing the
effectiveness of the Canadian Forces.

NGCC has recently teamed with GD Canada to offer an Intermediate
Level Maintenance Facility for the MHP Integrated Mission
System. This Halifax, Nova Scotia facility is just minutes away
from the MHP's main operating base at Shearwater. In addition to
repair capabilities, it will also offer specialty engineering
services to work with GDC and Sikorsky on the airworthiness and
proof of compliance programs for the H-92 helicopter proposed
for MHP.

Furthermore, the facility is a center of excellence for the
manufacture and overhaul of airborne maritime surveillance radar
products and turret electronics for Light Armoured Vehicles.

Northrop Grumman Canada Corporation is ISO 9001 certified, a
Lockheed Martin Star Supplier and a Boeing Preferred Bronze
Supplier.
