KMF is a full service foundry offering centrifugal and static
cast products for the Petrochemical, Steel, Machinery,
Transportation, Aircraft and Nuclear industries.
Centrifugal Tubes
Centrifugally cast tubes in heat, corrosion, abrasion and low
alloy steels. Centrifugal process offers high integrity tubulars
of unmatched quality and density offered by the static cast
method with the versatility of processing higher carbon alloys
for strength where extruded or wrought products can not be
produced. Also, the process offers the versatility of smaller
production runs typically 2-4 meters in minimum run.
Petro Chemical Assemblies
Assemblies for the refining and chemical industries. Products
include ethylene pyrolysis coils and reformer catalyst tubes for
high temperature process furnaces.
Steel Processing Equipment
Kubota supplies products for the Steel Processing Industry.
Products include high temperature skid buttons/riders, tire rolls
for tunnel furnaces, radiant tubes, galvanizing line roll, hearth
rolls, sink rolls to name a few.
Ethylene Pyrolysis Coils
Centrifugally cast tubes and static cast fittings in heat
resistant alloys for use in ethylene pyrolysis coils used in the
production of ethylene.
Reformer Tubes
Centrifugally cast heat resistant alloys fabricated into reformer
catalyst tubes for the production of hydrogen in refineries,
ammonia plants, methanol plants and other fertiliser chemicals.
