The company was founded in 1984 by Stjepan (Steve) Bagaric. It has grown to become one of the leaders in the design and development of gantry and shipyard cranes and lifting equipment. In addition, the company has successfully completed other highly specialized engineering projects, including lifting and handling equipment for weapons systems and powerhouse applications.The company has a core team of design engineers who handle mechanical, electrical and structural design and in addition, has the software resources and skills to undertake finite element analysis projects. Contractual and professional relations with independent engineers and drafting professionals ensure that the company has reliable adequate resources to meet any project requirement.
