We distribute Micro-Ingredients to the Animal Feed Industry. We
are also developing two Agri-Business related machines. We
expect to be in full production of these two pieces of equipment
in 1995-1996. The HARE STS automatic seedling transplanter will
replace the manual process of removing seedling plugs from
special plug trays and transplanting them into larger bedding
plant flats. This is an extremely labour intensive operation
with an average greenhouse annually transplanting between 500,000
and 40 million of these seedlings one-by-one by hand. The
Micro-Ingredient Applicator will allow animal feed manufacturers
to spray heat sensitive nutrients on already pelleted feeds,
thereby avoiding the damaging heat of the pelleting process. The
equipment will be variable speed in conjunction with the flow of
pellets coming from the cooler to maintain an even application of
ingredients
