Heavenly Bodies was started by Jane Cotter in 1982 as a basement operation. The business has expanded into a 9, 000 square foot office, showroom and factory. Heavenly Bodies now employs 50 people, and has a national sales force of 10 agents.
Our product line consists of aerobic wear, action wear, shorts, T-shirts, sweatshirts, contemporary street wear, designer underwear and lounge wear. Products are marketed under four labels; Heavenly Bodies, Media, 2XL, and Softwear.
Since 1982 we have expanded sales to over 800 retailers throughout Canada. Product is sold mainly in sports clothing and casual wear stores.
Our present target is to expand into new United States markets.
