JCS is a Canadian based company, acting in the export business
and also consultants providing engineering services in the Middle
East, particularly in Egypt. JCS was awarded in 1995 a contract
for engineering services in Egypt, Project Manager for a big
project, a new cement manufacturing facility in Suez,four
production lines, investment of US$600M, major share holders are
Orascom Construction Industries 'OCI' and Holderbank.

JCS is currently working for OCI to manage anew cement project in
Algeria, under the name Algerian Cement Company 'ACC'.

JCS is also participating in a new project in Gaza, a new cement
grinding facility. OCI and Holderbank own 50% of the
project.
Trading: export electrical and mechanical equipment.
