Island Quality Vegetables Inc. Is a private Canadian company founded in 1998. It is nestled in the rich fertile agricultural sector of Montague, Prince Edward Island. The company employs approximately 50 full-time seasonal positions and four permanent full-time positions.

The product line consists of cauliflower and broccoli that is fleuretted and cooled for the fresh market. In 2002 we began offering IQF broccoli and cauliflower as well. The majority of broccoli and cauliflower is grown by Island farmers. Island Quality Vegetables is dedicated to processing companies and various produce dealers conforming to their specifications. The product is currently sold to processors in Central Canada and the eastern U. S. A., but we are always searching for new markets. In May of 2001 Island Quality Vegetables began offering fresh-cut potatoes, carrots, turnips and onions to the PEI food service industry. In 2003, fresh-cut celery was added to our list of products available.

Island Quality Vegetables has established a reputation of offering top quality product and has exceeded with the most stringent standards for food quality and safety.
