INTELECS for Blown Film Lines
INTELECS Control System is a very scalable product that fits any Blown Film process - from simple Single Layer Lines to large and fully automated Multi-Layer Co-extrusion Systems. The INTELECS family of products has accummulated more than ten years of continuous improvements inspired by the feedback received from the most experienced blown film processors in the world. INTELECS system architecture is based on a powerful central controller handling control and visualization tasks and connected to the multiple distributed I/O nodes via super-fast real-time deterministic network. INTELECS system is bulit on a hard real-time operating platform and offers its users the highest degree of reliability achievable in industrial applications. INTELECS controllers have built-in Ethernet network interface that allows an easy integration into existing computer networks for the purpose of data acquisition and information sharing.
Gravimetric Blending and Dosing Systems
Extrusion control is closely interconnected with Blending and Dosing processes. Whatever blending solution you currently use or prefer - Batch Blending or Gravimetric Continuous dosing based on 'loss-in-weight' principle - Intelecs Controls can help you integrate your blending equipment into our control systems or offer you a cost-effective new solution fully compatible with INTELECS standards. Intelecs Controls manufacters continuous gravimetric dosing systems in which every weigh hopper is equipped with a load cell measuring the 'loss-in-weight' parameter with very high accuracy. Each dosing unit has one 'main' flood-fed component and several (up to 8) additives being delivered to the mixing point by augers. Such dosing systems provide a precise homogenous blend of materials where the plastic process requires real-time control over the flow of material. Our high resolution weighing system allows precise low-rate additive feeding to minimize usage of costly materials.
