Elearning, E-learning
Ingenia works with organizations to assess their readiness for e-
learning, then develops strategies and plans to implement it.
Example Project: E-learning at the Workers Compensation Board
of British Columbia
The Workers Compensation Board of BC hired Ingenia to explore e-
learning for its 3500 employees, spread across the province.
Using our proprietary assessment process, we analyzed the WCB,
assessing its e-learning readiness in a variety of areas,
including technology, finances, human resource capabilities and
other factors. We then worked with an internal task force to
develop a two-year strategic action plan.
