The president is Harold Murphy who founded the company in 1996
after a career with the Federal and Provincial governments in
Fishery and Ocean Departments. He served as Assistant Deputy
Minister with the Province of Newfoundland Department of
Fisheries and Aquaculture for a twelve year period.
ISSI provides management and technical support in Fisheries
and Aquaculture, Environmental Information, Public Consultation
and Business Services. It has links to other service and
consulting companies as required.
