Three kinds of customers are served by Imprimerie Ste-Julie and they are all part of the Company's marketing strategy. Our success is due to the distribution network we have established. We, of course, service the large corporate firms and some direct customers, but the independent manufacturer's agents (brokers) and other printing firms mainly participate in the company's development.
Our customer service department is handled by experienced and qualified employees who will answer all your questions and accept your orders courteously and efficiently. We are ready to accept by fax and internet all your requests for quotations and orders 24 hours a day.
Our pre-press department gives you the opportunity to work with different softwares such as McIntosh, IBM and others. We produce our polymer plates in-house to accelerate production and avoid waiting periods.

To satisfy our customers and to search for new market ideas, Imprimerie Ste-Julie built a RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER in 1990 in order to find solutions to any production related problems and to develop new methods of printing, and label affixing. With this investment, Imprimerie Ste-Julie has strengthened its expertise in the pressure sensitive label field. We also offer digital printing on HP Indigo presses, and the manufacturing of smart labels.
This center has helped us remain at the leading edge of technology in printing and verification of bar codes (UPC) according to Product Code Council of Canada (PCCC) and the American National Standard Institute (ANSI).

Our finished products Distribution Center is designed to quickly answer to the needs of our customers, and Imprimerie Ste-Julie maintains a large inventory of food industry labels as well as a wide choice of blank data processing labels and laser printers labels.
