Imperial Rubber & Urethane Corporation is a 25-year-old, ISO 9002 certified company that manufactures rubber and rubber to metal bonded consumable parts for the oil and gas industry, as well as custom molded urethane parts for a variety of industries. We stock and sell through distribution our proprietary line of Swabmaster well service products and our Imperial line of cement plugs and packer cups that are sold direct. Imperial also manufactures and rebuilds downhole inflatable packers in a separate facility located in Edmonton, Alberta.
The Company operates a fully-equipped plant in Edmonton, Alberta. Imperial's capabilities are engineering, designing, testing, prototyping, molding and producing rubber and metal to rubber bonded parts to ISO 9002 standards. We also offer ceramic oven burn-off services that separate organic residues from metal so that the metal parts can be molded for re-use.
Our organization includes experienced and skilled personnel in engineering, QA, production, marketing/sales, customer service, health & safety, information systems, and general administration.
