Software Defined Communication Platform (sdcp)

Hf/Vhf/Uhf Modem (sdcp Load Or Ipdt-2000)
The IPDT-2000 is a software defined HF/VHF/UHF modem intended for use in both military and commercial applications. It provides the highest rates currenlty available in 3 kHz/6kHz HF channels and 25 kHz V/UHF channels, using legacy radios with secure voice interfaces. It contains all of the HF waveforms found in the IPDT-1000/1050 modems (9.6 kbps skywave/16 kbps surfacewave in 3 kHz SSB channel) in addition to two robust, very high data rate V/UHF waveform that provide coded data rates of up to 76.8 kbps over a single 25kHz V/UHF channel. The IPDT-2000 has been tested at sea by the navies of Canada, the UK and the US, where it successfully achieved the top coded rates of 64 kbps and 76.8 kbps using different variants of their WSC-3 UHF radio. The IPDT-2000 V/UHF waveforms have also been successfully used at a top coded rate of 76.8 kbps with the ARC-210, GRC-171, and Talon-8100 radios from Rockwell-Collins and at 64 kbps using the M3SR from Rhode and Schwartz. The IPDT-2000 supports advanced Ethernet and synchronous serial data interfaces.

Enhanced Tactical Manet (sdcp Load Or Scrn-2000)
The Self Configuring Relay Network (SCRN) Module allows wireless HF/VHF/UHF users to adaptively form ad hoc networks in a fashion not previously available. This technology makes possible the formation of self-configuring, multi-platform, multi-hop (up to 5 hops), tactical Internet, using HF/VHF/UHF LOS and ELOS bearers. The technology supports the use of standard TCP/IP and UDP/IP protocols, allowing a seamless integration of tactical to strategic or commercial networks. It is software defined and makes maximum use of COTs hardware. Incorporated into the SCRN is IP Unwired's IP Traffic Manager (IPTM), which is an effective performance enhancing proxy for TCP/IP over HF/VHF/UHF bearers (including satellite). It ensures that all of the available wireless bandwidth is being used effectively and keeps TCP from failing where it would otherwise fail (e.g. TCP timeouts). As with the IPDT-2000 HF/VHF/UHF modem, the SCRN-2000 has been successfully tested at sea by the navies of Canada, the UK, and the US. The SNR technology has been mandated for use by the navies of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and the US for interoperability purposes.

Hf Channel Simulator (hfcs-10000
IP Unwired's real-time Multi-Channel Ionospheric Channel Simulator simulates the channel traffic on the HF band. The simulator works in conjunction with an HF modem to produce data which can be analyzed in real-time. The HFCS-1000 implementsan enhanced Watterson HF channel model, providing both traditional Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) and CCIR Recommendation 322 noise. It can simulate up to 2 channels, each having up to 5 delay taps. Each delay tap can can be set between 0-26ms. Furthermore, for each delay tap the doppler spread can be set between 0.1-100Hz. The Multi-Channel Ionoshpeheric Channel Simulator is powerful and flexible to a User's requirements. Users can change any of the default parameters, can choose from a set of preset channels, or can load the parameters from a saved file. Furthermore, a user can copy the settings from one channel to the other. The Multi-Channel Ionoshperic Channel Simulator has been NATO-validated and can support one or two independent channels
