TRANSLIAISONS TL4, a package allowing for the rationalisation
of investments by targeting where just-in-time training is a
must. This system produces personalised training plans on the
basis of each employees profile and the skills required for
each job. Given the type of skills upgrade, various pedagogical
approaches are identified and developed: multimedia,
traditional or off-site training, structured training, step-by-
