Hook & Todgham Surveying is uniquely qualified to act as a
contractor in that: having the same personnel as its
predecessor, H.H. Todgham Inc., the company has a history
dating back to 1910; and that Hook & Todgham, and its
predecessor, have had a survey office in the City of Chatham
since 1960. The firm is thoroughly familiar and knowledgeable
in the 'local' terrain and survey conditions.

There are three basic criteria which should be met by a
contractor; Hook & Todgham Surveying Inc. satisfies each one:
1) sound technical knowledge, experience and expertise; 2)
thorough local knowledge; and 3) sufficient staff to perform
the work.
