A Performance Contract is an agreement in which the energy user is provided with a comprehensive package of services (design, engineering, project management, construction, training, monitoring, maintenance, financing etc.) associated with the implementation of an energy management program. No capital payment is required as a third party lender is used to finance the project based on a guarantee of savings from Honeywell. A Performance Contract is self-funding and guaranteed.
