Process Pump Technology:

Hayward Gordon's pump products include centrifugal and positive displacement designs suitable for a wide range of services. We keep abreast of the latest developments in equipment design and application to ensure that, combined with our own experience, our customers receive first class recommendations.

We maintain a complete testing facility and, in some cases, can provide demo units for site trials.

Process Mixer Technology:

The Hayward Gordon mixer product range includes Portable, Top Entry, Side Entry and In-Line mixers. Sizes extend from fractional horse power clamp mount agitators, to 500+ horsepower mixers for the largest and most demanding applications encountered. Mounting options include standard baseplate mounted open tank configurations and sealed units for high pressure, high temperature applications.

A complete selection of mixing impellers covers the entire range from high flow, low shear requirements (including three different hydrofoil designs) through to specialty high shear impellers. This wide range of impeller styles allows us to match the flow and shear characteristics of a particular impeller to your exact process needs.

Performance testing of fully assembled units can be accommodated in our in-ground test tank. As well, a mixing lab is available for testing customer samples in order to produce scale-up exponents to accurately size mixers for the full scale plant operation.

Hayward Gordon applications engineers provide a valuable resource to our customers. Their goal is to match process problems with the best and most cost effective pump and mixer solutions. We have industry specialists with over twenty years of direct experience in the application of pumping and mixing equipment. We can often provide information based on prior experience that is industry and application specific to our customers' specific applications.

Design Engineering:

Hayward Gordon's engineering team is comprised of an accomplished group of mechanical, hydraulic, and manufacturing engineers. The latest computer aided design technology is employed including solid modeling and computer aided manufacturing (CAM).

Members of our engineering staff have presented papers in industries ranging from Mining to Wastewater Treatment.

Hayward Gordon is a single-source provider of custom engineered liquid and bulk solid metering and blending systems complete with certified instrumentation and controls.
