In 1993, Carl Hovington and Luc Gauthier, architects, assured
the continuance of the firm Les Matres d'Oeuvre. They
perpetuated so the tradition of excellence and innovation which
had established their predecessors at the beginning of the
forties. They knew how to transform this inheritance and model
it in their contemporary approach. A philosophy of creation is
that where every constituent sees itself thought, defined and
integrated into the space according to the set and according to
the attributions of the building. This philosophy of balance
