GREYLINE INSTRUMENTS INC. manufactures flow and level
instruments with non-contacting, ultrasonic sensors. These
products are used in a variety of industries, water and
wastewater treatment where flow of liquids or tank level require
automated monitoring or control. The products are distinct
because they monitor level or flow without contacting the
materials being measured.

Greyline instruments are distributed or represented by a
worldwide network of over 80 independent sales agencies. Main
activity is in North and South America and the Pacific Rim.
Greyline's primary market is in wastewater treatment systems.
Customers include municipalities, heavy industrial plants and
environmental service industries.

Main industrial markets are pulp and paper, chemical, mining,
textile, petroleum, and food processing industries.
Applications
range from wastwater flow monotoring to meet environmental
regulations, to tank farm automation including level monitoring
and control. Municipal markets include water and wastewater
treatment plants for flow applications and wastewater influent,
effluent, sludge and chemicals, and level applications including
pump station level control, and chemical tank recovery.

Greyline products are CSA/NRTL certified and certified
intrinsically safe sensors are available with many models. CE
labelling and ISO9000 certification is in progress.

Level & Open Channel Flow Monitor

Level Indicating Transmitter
LIT25 LEVEL INDICATING TRANSMITTER A simple, low cost level transmitter for tank farm systems. Includes digital display and non-contacting sensor. Provides isolated 4-20mA output and one control relay. RS485 output is optional.

Flow Monitors
OCF-IV OPEN CHANNEL FLOW MONITOR Monitors and totalizes wastewater flow through any flume or weir. Built in data logger stores daily flow reports (daily minimum, maximum, average and total flow). RS-232 and isolated 4-20mA output. Includes non-contacting sensor and watertight enclosure.

DFM-IV DOPPLER FLOW METER Monitors flow from outside a pipe, with a strap-on sensor. Ideal for wastewater, slurries, sludge, chemicals, and viscous liquids. Standard sensor fits any pipe 1/2' ID or larger. Includes digital display, totalizer, 3 control relays and isolated 4-20mA output. A 50,000 point data logger is optional.

PDFM-IV PORTABLE DOPPLER FLOW METER Strap-on sensor installs in minutes to measure flow from outside a pipe. Ideal for troubleshooting 'difficult' flows. Includes display, totalizer, data logger, 4-20mA and RS-232 outputs. AC/DC powered, padded carrying case.

Flow Switches
DFS-II DOPPLER FLOW SWITCH Controls flow from outside a pipe with strap-on sensor. Ideal pump protection, high and low flow alarms. Includes SAMP DPDT control relay with adjustable on/off set-points.

Tank Farm Level Monitoring System
TFT32 - TANK FARM TRANSMITTER Up to 32 transmitters can be monitored on a PC or LAN with Greyline TFS Tank Farm Supervisor Software. Use ultrasonic, pressure or any 4-20mA transmitter.
