Genticity's Customer1 product was developed by a 600 person help
desk call center that supported some of North America's largest
companies. It was designed and developed by call center
professionals for call center professionals. From the start it
was designed to be intuitive and easy to use, with constant
service rep feedback. As the call center and help desk have gone
virtual, it has become possible for multiple agents, working
from many locations, to function as a single call center. In
some cases this has enabled a positive life style change as
agents are able to work from home with all the functionality of
a cluster based call center. Customer1's web based interface
enables secure access from across the office, across town or
half way around the world.
