geared towards the design of training program and the delivery

Management, the development Competencies in the Workforce
related to Result-based Management. Courses were given to Public
Service managers and business entrepreneurs.
The firm wishes to contribute, through studies and projects, in
the increase of capacity building in operational processes, organisation infrastructure and good governance, and in the reinforcement of good resource base management and the quality of entrepreneurship initiatives through Consulting work and Training in Canada and overseas.
The Principal has done graduate studies in Education and at the
Executive MBA program. He has also attended seminars and
management development courses in various Training institutions
in Canada and the United States.
The Principal has acquired over thirty-eight years of experience
as a Teacher, School Administrator, Training Manager, Organization and Methods Analyst within federal departments and finally as a private consultant, having opened his own Management and Management Training Consulting practice in 1985/86, with the registration in 1994 in Ontario of single ownership management and training consulting firm, GFDI Conseils/Consulting.
