D20 Substation System
The D20 offers the processing capability to monitor and control all substation IEDs and thousands of substation I/O points. It also provides the procession capability to run sophisticated automation applications, such as GE Harris' integrated LogicLinx programmable logic control (PLC) with uncompromising performance. The D20 is capable of handling monitoring, control, automation and communications in the smallest distribution substation to the largest transmission station.
D25 Multifunction IED
The D25 combines several discrete devices in one unit and is suitable for new substations of for retrofits, is upgradable, and supports over 110 protocols. This single device functions as a programmable logic controller, substation LAN node, IED gateway, bay level controller, revenue class meter (non certified), power quality monitor, and fault/event (waveform) recorder. The D25 can also be used as a sophisticated equipment monitoring node or stand alone remote terminal unit. The D25 allows one substation hardware device to be configured for many different function by adding software modules. New software modules are frequently being released to further enhance the D25's functionality. These new modules can be easily downloaded into flash memory.
'DART':
On the distribution automation side, Harris was the first to design an RTU specifically to withstand the harsh realities of this environment. The patented DART integrates multiple feeder devices such as transducers, fault detectors and indicators into an extremely rugged and intelligent unit.
'POWERLINK':
Our intuitive PowerLink graphical user interface and PC-based system brings data on any part of the network to the desktop, with facilities for automating functions, issuing controls and distributing information to other users within the enterprise.
