Customized Solution Modules:
FutureShield can take your current security plan and assessment questions that you have already prepared, and enter them into the Asvaco Engine so that you are ready to conduct your made-to-order assessment. Whereas most software developers would have to develop the module from scratch and essentially 'hard-code' the questions and recommendations, which can take a long time at a high price, the flexibility of Asvaco software allows for very rapid customization.
Assessment Services:
FutureShield has partnered with leading risk assessment companies with subject matter expertise in a variety of disciplines including anti-terrorism, VIP protection, nuclear safety, retail security, automotive security, food safety, insurance, and emergency and crisis management. Based upon your needs, we will draw upon the expertise to ensure your assessment is completed professionally and to the highest standards.
Self-Assessment Training:
If you prefer to conduct your own assessments, FutureShield has the tools, policies, methods, and processes for self-assessment and self-monitoring of assessments within any private or public sector organization. These methods and the fundamentals of the Asvaco software can be taught to your team so they can conduct their own assessments as required.
Self-Assessment Facilitating:
If you prefer to conduct self-assessments, but need expertise to manage the project, FutureShield can facilitate and manage the process in partnership with your internal team of experts. The results of the teamwork would be structured to support a proper analysis and include a follow-up process to periodically review and report on the security of the infrastructure.
Transcription of Paper-Based Assessments:
In the past, most assessments have been completed with pen and paper, entered manually into a word processor, and then printed in a binder which probably sits and collects dust on shelves. FutureShield will take your paper-based assessments and turn them into a living electronic assessment which then can be viewed on Windows-based computer within the Asvaco G2 viewer. If desired, assessors can add additional supporting documentation which wasn't possible with pen and paper. They can add pictures, video, spherical video, and documents such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and .PDF. Reporting is made much more flexible and most importantly, the assessment will get used and is available for quick dissemination to first responders in case of an emergency or incident.
