We have been in business since 1989 as a lumber distributor and remanufacturer. Our head office is in North Vancouver BC and we have three divisions:



1. SPF Remanufacturing We operate two inventories where we manufacture a variety of 1 and 2 SPF patterns and raw or primed fascia one in Chilliwak BC and the other in Ferndale WA. Our close proximity to, and long-standing relationship with these yards allow us to efficiently monitor the quality of our product and ensure prompt delivery to our customers, primarily along the I-5 corridor. Lumber bought for these programs is usually #2 Btr NPS, Appearance Grade, MSR, and J-Grade . We will wholesale some of the raw material we keep in inventory if the market conditions are right.

2. SPF Wholesale and Distribution We purchase rail cars of lumber delivered into one of two reloads in the eastern US: Franklin Park, IL and Milan TN. Our customer-base in the Midwest requires a significant volume of dimension and studs to be on the ground ready to ship at any given time. We are a consistent buyer, which has enabled us to develop mutually beneficial relationships with our long-term suppliers. Dimension grades we inventory at these locations are: Std Btr, #2 Btr, Studs and MSR.

3. WRC Reman and Custom Cut: - We operate two inventories where we manufacture a full menu of cedar products one in Chilliwak BC and the other in the Skagit Valley, WA. Quality control is a priority and a company representative attends the majority of the reman runs. Fiber is obtained from one of 3 regions in the cedar ecotype: (A) BC, Washington & Idaho Interior, (B) BC Coastal, and (C) Washington State Coastal depending on the grain and colour expectations of the customer. The most common items we produce are: S1S2E combed fascia in 1' and 2' X 4-12', Posts and timbers in 4X4 and 6X6 #2 Btr NPS, Custom cut appearance timbers from 3' to 50' up to 17X17', R-list (para 401) Clears - short dimension through large timbers
