Our role does not stop with the introductions to a school, we support our teachers throughout their contracts and we provide information orientations to make you aware of the steps you are about to take, and to allow you to understand the scope of the adventure you are considering.
Once you become a Footprints teacher a vast amount of support and opportunities become available to you. Through Footprints you will receive detailed information about the country you are heading to, the visa acquisition process of that country, as well as being the middle man for contract negotiations.
We screen resumes and correspondence to make sure teachers have superb English skills.
We check references to make sure past work performance was excellent.
We make sure the teachers we represent understand lesson planning and are excited about the opportunity to teach and explore your country.
We conduct interviews to make sure the teachers have clear voices and that they have the knowledge, creativity, interest and ambition to become a valuable part of your staff.

We book plane tickets to suit your needs. We book over 40 plane tickets a month so we get the best airfares for our teachers and get prompt effective service from preferred airlines.
