Skills Assessment Centre
Filling your human resources needs can be time consuming and
costly. Pick the right person for the job. Fanshawe's Skills
Assessment Centre matches the skills the position requires with
the skills of job applicants. The Centre can help you choose the
most qualified person for the job. The Centre can assess the
skills of external job applicants, or applicants who currently
are employed in another part of your business. Individuals --
especially licenced tradespeople coming from out of province --
can have their skills assessed to see how they measure up to
requirements for that designation in Ontario. Assessments can be
done on a contract or fee-for-service basis.
