Since its creation in 1989, KN Equipment Inc. specializes in the sale of new and used equipment and spare parts for the mining and pulp & paper industries. Due to our extended business contacts, we are able to easily find any type of equipment, no matter the application.
The company is well-known for anticipating customer needs and providing competent technical support at all times. Our products are unique as they are adapted to each customer's specific needs. For portable mills or underground rail equipment, grinding balls or ventilation systems, buyers trust that our products will meet their expected requirements at competitive prices.
One of our company's major strengths lies in the fact that our three shareholders and the members of our sales team come from the region and together, have a vast and complementary experience of the mining and industrial sectors in general. In addition, KN Equipment is also an exclusive distributor for recognized manufacturers such as ITT Industries (pumps and accessories), Breaker Technology Ltd. (rock breakers and mobile equipment), Alphair Ventilating Systems (fans and accessories), Rocvent (ventilation tubing), Slater Steels (grinding balls) and Polycorp (mill liners).
KN Equipment continues to grow with the introduction of new product lines as well as the construction, in November 1998, of a 3, 000-square foot annex to the existing 11, 460-square foot infrastructures. Fully aware of the environmental requirements that our customers must meet, we built our new shop specifically for the recycling of used rubber. We therefore take full environmental responsibility of the used rubber for our customers. This undertaking is yet another example of how we constantly strive to innovate and offer new services to our customers.

Our ISO certification should be completed by the last quarter of 2000.
