Ensemble has created C-Change(TM), a revolutionary process that enables effective collaboration to occur across all courses, whether custom or generic. To do so Ensemble has created a hosted technology framework that encapsulates existing 3rd party collaboration technologies into 'collaboration learning objects' that can then be assembled and centrally managed, similar to how online courses are built from content learning objects.

Ensemble's patent-pending Collaboration Management Framework enables the delivery of a suite of on-demand collaborative web services including:

(1) Mentoring OnDemand(TM) - which is focused on providing 24x7 online mentoring for IT and business skills outcomes using Ensemble's own mentors. Supported content providers include SkillSoft, KnowledgeNet, Thomson/NETg and MindLeaders. (2) Collaboration OnDemand(TM) - enables companies to create custom collaboration for their custom content using Ensemble's framework.

(3) Community OnDemand(TM) - allows companies to link their learners to outside peers for industry best practices and ongoing collaboration.

All three services are cross integrated for a seamless learning experience and standard user interface regardless of the sources of content.
