Our air coolers are made with extruded aluminum fin tubes. The fins are made by inserting a liner tube of any material into and aluminum tube. As the two tubes are passed in our machine the fins are formed by a rotary extrusion and the aluminum tube is compassed on the liner tube. By this process these are no galvanic corrosion and the fins are very easy to clean as they are hardened during the process of finning.
