NOVUS Packaging Inc. is a privately owned company focusing on polyethylene extrusion coatings and laminations. Located within easy access of the Port of Montreal and major Canadian and US highways transporting of raw materials and finished goods is both economical and efficient.

As a manufacturer, NOVUS's product offering includes polymer coatings and laminations, up to and including constructions of 5 layers - 58 inches width, using paper, films and aluminum foils, destined for the industrial and food packaging industry. Advanced process control technology that includes a computer controlled production system and on-line scanning sensors continuously measure and automatically adjust to pre-set standards. Secondary processing equipment includes precision slitting and rewinding, and four-color flexographic printing which adds significant product value.

NOVUS's products are manufactured to established customer or market specifications. Common applications include; protective wrappers, can liners, heat sealable multi-layer pouch materials, and meat wrappers. Its products are sold to manufacturers such as paper mills, converters that include pointers, rewinder/ sheeters, and food processors who further transform or incorporate them into their finished products.

Already an exporter selling directly to manufacturers located in the Eastern and Mid-Eastern US, NOVUS wishes to expand its target market to include Central and South America. Typical minimum order volumes are 20 metric tons. There is currently 2000 tons of capacity available for export development and would consider a strategic alliance.
