Ellison Milling Company began as a small Lethbridge, Alberta Company in 1906. The Company was owned and operated by its founders, the Ellison family, until 1975. In 1975 Ellisons' became a member of a much larger family, 'Parrish and Heimbecker Limited, ' one of the few privately owned Canadian Grain companies. The Parrish and Heimbecker family has operations in 100 locations in eight Canadian provinces. As a company serving the food and baking industry, we know we can serve most effectively by keeping up with trends within the industry and by arming ourselves with the facts to help you prosper.
