The processing of pastes and glazes is a closed system having a
maintained gradient of peak temperature to ensure lowest
microbiological count. Moisture content, for each individual
process, is measured and controlled by means of an internal
calibrated resistance device.
The processing of the chocolate spreads ensures best spreadable
quality. The nuts are roasted on premises to give fresh and full
results. The spreads have a delightful and delicious taste with
a striking nut aroma. They are smooth and creamy with a
mouth-watering flavor of pure milk chocolate.
All final products are packaged at high temperature and are
pneumatically sealed to ensure best quality, longer life, and
