Eco Waste Oxidizer
The Eco Waste Oxidizer system is a two-stage batch process. In the first stage, waste is converted to gas in the Primary Chamber at 500 C - 650 C. Burners are used only to raise the temperature of the Primary Chamber to the combustion temperature of the waste. This process then becomes self-fuelling until the original waste volume and weight is reduced by over 90%.
Gases enter the high temperature (1000 C), oxygenated and turbulent conditions of the Secondary Chamber for cleansing. Critical process parameters such as termperature, airflow and burner output are computer controlled to maintain optimal oxidation conditions. The process is complete after a minimum retention time of one to two seconds. Our proprietary system ensures a consistent and the cleanest possible burn, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
The throughput for this unit ranges from 1 ton to 8 tons of waste per day.
