BACKGROUND INFORMATION : (additional information): Dynetek exports worldwide to over 20 countries (i.e., Argentina, Australia, France, Germany, Japan, Italy, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA). Strategic Alliances: Mitsubishi Rayon of Japan bought a 15 % equity position in Dynetek. This strong strategic partnership has strengthened Dynetek's position in the global market place. Dynetek entered into a multi-year Value Participation Agreement with Ford Motor Company. Under the Arrangement Dynetek supplies fuel storage systems for Ford's initial fuel cell vehicle program. In 2001, Dynetek entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kokan Drum Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of NKK Corporation. In conjunction with the MOU, Kokan Drum purchased by way of private placement, 586,031 common shares at $3.68 per share from Dynetek, for total proceeds of $2.2 million

Compressed Natural Gas Fuel Storage
Compressed Hydrogen Fuel Storage
Dynetek lightweight compressed hydrogen fuel storage systems are
used in zero-emission fuel cell vehicles. Dynetek also designs
and manufactures Mobile Hydrogen Fueling Stations. These
mobile 'trailers' can be towed behind a pick-up truck and are
ideal fueling supply at fuel cell vehicle demonstrations.
Bulk Transport Systems
Dynetek designs and manufactures lightweight Bulk Transport (BT)
Systems for effecient transport of compressed natural gas (CNG)
and other compressed gases. These transport systems allow cost
effective development of gas markets, and act as an instant
mobile gas pipeline by making CNG immediately accessible to end-
users. The unique storage advantage of the BT System lies in
the use of Dynetek cylinders. The cylinders are designed with a
thin wall aluminum liner with a carbon fibre overwrap. The
cylinder is non-permeable and exhibits limited expansion under
pressure and temperature changes
