Dynamic's mission.. is to conduct aggressive business development on behalf of computer software product and service providers. Dynamic Global Solutions Ltd. is a Canadian privately owned Federal Corporation that was incorporated in 1996. Dynamic Global Solutions, often referred to as 'Dynamic', comprises of a team of two, Jami Quathamer and Graham Ellis. Dynamic endeavors to establish a balance between consulting and aggressive 'at-risk' business development on behalf of clients.

Over the first five years from August 1996 through September 2001, Dynamic has contracted with SAP Canada, Dataware Technologies Inc.; IBM Canada; EDS-System House; Paradigm Systems Technology Pty.; the Canadian International Development Agency; DMR an Amdhal Company; and ADGA Consulting.

Dynamic openly and aggressively support the business development activities of two software product companies:

Pennant International Ltd With Pennant, Dynamic is focused on the Complex Asset Supportability System. The CASS Suite consists of Omega Product Support (OmegaPS), Point Of Maintenance (POM), OmegaPS Analyzer, and OmegaPS Publisher. Pennant had its tri- service MASIS contract with the Canadian Department of National Defence formally ratified with a milestone payment of CA$1.26M on 11 Dec 00. Pennant has just released OmegaPS Publisher that integrates Technical Documentation with the source supportability Analysis Database in OmegaPS. Pennant currently has three full time Implementation Consultants implementing OmegaPS CASS Suite throughout the Canadian Forces (Air Force, Navy and Army). The three Pennant consultants; Graham Brum, Frank Hallam and Pat Read work on site as part of Team IBM. As at January 2002, Frank is focused at the tri-service solution whilst Pat and Graham are focused on the Maritime Equipment Supportability Database (MESD) Project that has just completed Phase One working closely with the Promaxis Systems Inc. managed 'DND Equipment Support List database' to build structures in OmegaPS.

In August 2001, Frank and Pat presented a technical paper entitled 'Integrating Through-Life Supportability Analysis within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - Enabled Solutions for Organizations with Complex Equipment' at the 36th Annual International Logistics Conference & Exhibition (SOLE 2001) held from 14-16 August in Orlando, Florida. Our Software Ltd; With Our Software Ltd. (OSL), Dynamic is focused on the OSL Suite of Software called Timekeeping, Attendance and Scheduling (TAS) which enables Public Safety organizations more efficiently manage their most important resource their highly skilled personnel. OSL has key reference implementations in Ottawa Police Services (1700 personnel) and the Ministry of Correctional Services (Ontario). OSL is currently being implemented in the Ithaca Police and Salt Lake City Police Department. OSL is currently releasing the Time Attendance and Scheduling (TAS) Software version 7.1 which is compatible with SQL and Oracle databases. Qualifications Jami Quathamer has a MSc in Reliability Engineering from Arizona, Jami served in the Canadian Navy for 16 years. Jami retired from the Canadian Navy in 1996 and formed Dynamic. Jami is a Certified SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant. Jami is also trained in Paradigm's EPMS software.

Graham Ellis has a MSc in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. Graham served for 13 years in the British Army (Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME)) and served for ten years in the Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (EME) Branch. Graham retired from the Canadian Army in 1996 and formed Dynamic. Graham is a Certified SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant. Graham is also trained in Paradigm's EPMS software. Graham is a life member of the Society of Logistics Engineers (SOLE) and was awarded the SOLE President's Award for Merit in 1993.

Jami and Graham recently completed SAP Training ITR340 Supply Chain Management in Nov 00 and TAPM-50 Plant Maintenance in Dec 00 both courses on SAP R/3 4.6b. Both Jami and Graham hold SAP Plant Maintenance Certification on SAP R/3 4.6b.
