PRODUCTS, SERVICES, SPECIALTIES:
Donlee specializes in the production of precision tubular and shaft type components/assemblies in size ranges from 6 inches to 10 feet in length and up to 24 inches in diameter. A full complement of capabilities include gundrilling and trepanning, NC turning and boring, NC milling (including 3, 4 & 5 axis), NC grinding including cylindrical, internal, thread and spline grinding, honing, balancing, stress relieving, engineering & CAD/CAM departments, QA/QC, NDE, procurement and processing.
Of special interest are the company's capabilities for deep hole precision contour boring (to approx. 90") and high precision NC spline grinding (to 8' length).
Typical products produced include gas turbine engine power, compressor and propeller shafts, helicopter rotor masts and rotor head components, hydraulic cylinders, pistons and struts, nuclear fittings, flow elements and other components; axles.
The company has experience in working with all alloys, from low alloy steels to high temperature alloys such as"Inco 718"and Beta-C titanium; in addition we have developed numerous qualified sources for all special processes.
