Capacity Development
I work with organizations, government and communities to help
assist in the process of capacity development in a number of
areas including recreation, health, business development,
communications, human resource development, economic development
and liaison services. DMG has also been contracted to assist in
the development of contracting and procurement policies relating
to the growth and inclusion of Aboriginal people specific to the
oil and gas industry (also inclusive of many other business
development areas).
