Since its inception in 1989, DINOFLEX Manufacturing Ltd. has emerged as a leading North American producer of resilient surfaces made of recycled tire rubber. DINOFLEX products display unique features including inlaid custom logos and designs in an array of brilliant colours, and an interlocking system allowing for non-adhesive, easy installation.
DINOFLEX Sport Mats are 3mm to 12mm thick and are installed as surfacing in health clubs, ice arenas, horse stalls, ski resorts and golf club houses.
DINOFLEX Safety Tiles are mainly used as a cushioning surface in children's playgrounds but are also installed on walk ways in golf courses.
DINOFLEX Wheel Stops are superior safety devices each equipped with a practical, looped rope.
DINOFLEX has formed strategic alliances with raw material suppliers and is vertically integrated with its associate, International Polyurethane Systems Inc. which manufactures polyurethane binders. The company has also implemented Total Quality Control standards, while an in-house laboratory supervises and assures consistent physical characteristics in DINOFLEX products.
Over the past two years the company has solidly placed itself in North America and is now expanding into Pacific Rim markets. Sales and marketing reports are computerized and DINOFLEX technical staff are well versed in CAD programming. Staff function fluently in French and German.
Dinoflex manufactures several surfacing products such as Sport mats, Dinomats, CushionWalk Pavers, and Safety Tiles from recycled rubber. These products are used in a variety of settings to increase safety and accessibility. Areas of application include: ice arenas, fitness centers, golf courses, patios, and playgrounds to name a few.
