David Petrie Associates was originally founded in 1979 as Solutions Unlimited Management Consultants. Our focus since the beginning has been owner-managed businesses. Our nearly 1, 000 clients have included one-person, home-based part-time companies with sales as low as $40, 000 up to large multi-location corporations with annual sales in excess of $70 million.

Our primary services are business, strategic and financial plans. To deliver these, we work with the business owner and others whom s/he may designate, to jointly develop a successful plan. This process helps ensure that key players are involved and have a buy-in to the recommendations. It also means that the client company will be able to implement the recommendations.

We offer a unique guarantee to our clients - you will understand and be able to implement our recommendations, or we will re-do any necessary work at no additional cost, so that you can fully benefit from our relationship.

We also offer, at no additional investment, 1, 3, 6 and 12 month follow-ups to assist in your ongoing success.

For smaller businesses, we provide low-cost marketing, operations and financial tune-ups, to asssit them in better targeting their efforts.

Finally, we are willing to conduct all assignments face-to-face, or by telephone, fax and internet as necessary.
