Consulting Engineer - Municipal & Environmental DME has extensive experience in municpal and urban infrastructure consulting, development and design; roadway, sewer and water systems rehabilitation, construction supervision, sewer and water needs studies, sewer and water main rehabilitation, combined sewer separation, environmental assessment, local improvement projects, storm water quality and quantity management, and innovative storm and sanitary sewerage design, including communal servicing throughout the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton and Eastern Ontario. This type of engineering services is provided to all levels of government: municipal, provincial and federal. CME has designed, developed and implemented innovative, cost-effective sewerage systems for municipal and private sector clients with minimal local impact. Government coordination, property negotiation and public information are often integral components of project administration.
