We can advise improvements in all aspects of these properties that would increase their appeal to international travellers, ranging from functionality and appearance of rooms and public areas to restaurant menu suggestions to marketing and promotion of the property through internet and press exposure.
Our expertise comes from 10 years of hands on experience as owner/innkeepers of Denaut Mansion Country Inn, Delta, Ontario www.denautmansion.com Further, we have 20 years of travel to more than 50 countries, including a 2 year international travel sabbatical, always with an eye to what makes a property work or not work. We bought a heritage mansion, restored, renovated and decorated it ourselves. One of us is the chef. Our inn is multi award winning. We designed our own website and are expert in internet marketing. We have also been highly successful in attracting press coverage. Prior to innkeeping we each had careers of 15-20 years in investment banking in Toronto.
