Datalist is a full service search firm specializing in all areas of the data processing marketplace. It is owned and managed by partners Richard C. Smith, President and Terrance M. King, Vice-President who incorporated Datalist in March of 1983. Datalist employs a staff of 20 full time recruiting and account management staff at our 55 Eglinton Avenue East location. At Datalist we source candidates for our clients through our pinpoint recruitment activities as well as identification of appropriate candidates already on our database. In addition, we are a regular participant in the annual Canadian Computer Show and Career Expo shows four times a year and the contacts we make at the show are tracked and utilized for future recruitment efforts. Datalist utilizes a computerized matching system (Prohunt) to ensure that requirements are met quickly and accurately. We conduct thorough candidate interviews providing only pre-screened and reference check submissions for your consideration. As indicated, Datalist specializes in all areas of the data processing marketplace, both full time and consulting situations. We work with clients on requirements from Systems Operations staff right through to Senior M. I. S. Management positions.
