History of E Wood and ThistleBond
E Wood Ltd was established in 1882, supplying coatings to the marine industry.
Originally the company was based on the London Docks. In 1941 s moved to Bishop Stortford in Hertfordshire. Here it stayed until 1988. In 1988 the company was purchased by its management and moved to new premises in Northallerton, North Yorkshire .
From this site we develop, manufacture, market and sell all the products displayed in our brochure and price list.
ThistleBond has been supplying the marine industry with its repair and maintenance products for over 40 years. The product range covers all areas of repair and maintenance, including Super Metals, Cermic Carbides, Elastomers, Engineers Kits, Adhesives, Laminates and protective Coatings
