Provides a wide range of project management and construction management services to major multi- disciplinary projects in the industrial, commercial, urban and sub-urban residential housing, energy, and resources sectors. The firm has provided senior and highly qualified specialist resources as back-up on large mine developments, hydro-electric projects, and petroleum energy related projects (including large diameter pipelines), most in remote locations. More recently the firm has conducted cost consulting services to financial institutions related to residential and commercial construction and Real Estate development Projects.

Particular expertise is often called upon based on extensive 'hands on' experience, in planning and scheduling; budgets, estimates and cost management; projects definition and scope control; contracts strategy and contracts management; and procurement and transportation logistical support to remote locations difficult to access.

The firm was started in 1979, and has an enviable record of successfully completed projects in which it has taken a key management role.

Current Geographic Marketing Activity

The majority of the firm's contributions have been to major resource and industrial projects in Western Canada, and in Arctic regions. The main area of current activity is now in the lower mainland of British Columbia.
