DESIGN AND PROTOTYPING SERVICES Our engineers work closely with the customers to determine their exact requirements. We provide comprehensive front-end services including printed circuit board design and layout services for efficient manufacturing and testing.
PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD FABRICATION DEC Manufacturing can fabricate single and multi-layer printed circuit boards.
SYSTEMS ASSEMBLY AND TESTING We are proud to offer our customers surface-mount assembly, soldering, connector insertion, as well as other labor-intensive work. Because of today's high paced environment, we have dedicated buyers to secure high quality components at the low costs, using proven supply chain management resources. This service is done using our best practices and using our proven work methodology. Based on our methodology, we offer full circuit board testing. We also test the full range of functions of the completed devices.
EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING In addition to the complete electronic manufacturing suite of services, we offer equipment assembly and packaging. This means that DEC Manufacturing will assemble electronic, mechanical, piping/tubing, and other components into a single housing. The complete final product is tested at our facilities before shipping to our customer.
PACKAGING AND DISTRIBUTION Working in partnership with our customers, production schedules and material releases can be used to offer a just-in-time (JIT) delivery program. This allows our customers to reduce their inventory levels.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF AC/DC POWER SUPPLIES, DRIVES, AND MOTORS We have suppliers that stock electric motors and drives for both AC and DC operation and have technicians that specialize in servicing AC/DC drives and power supplies.
FABRICATION OF HVAC CONTROLLERS AND ELECTRONIC THERMOSTATS DEC Manufacturing has received several contracts for the design and fabrication of alternate HVAC controllers as well as for electronic thermostats with advanced capabilities. Having engineering and technical skills in this sector, we have thus added temperature controllers and HVAC controllers to our line of services.
FABRICATION, SALES, AND PROGRAMMING OF AUTOMATION CONTROLLERS We offer systems design, sales, and integration services for automation, modernization, and control solutions for any manufacturing process. These lines of services include programming of automation controllers, logic controllers, sequencers and numeric controllers.
REPAIR OF PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS (PCBs) Your PCB is not broken or unusable until we say so. We provide PCB inspection and repair services to the OEM's, small, medium, and large companies. Our quick turn-around times help get your products and equipment back in service with minimal disruption.
ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC SUPPLIES As a value added service to our customers, we also offer procurement and just-in-time (JIT) delivery services of individual electronic components.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT Most of our customers take advantage of our wide range of after- sales support services.
