PNEUMATICS AND FLUID POWER GROUP. This division specializes in the design and manufacturing of high quality pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders and systems for indust- ries such as: Pulp & Paper, Steel Mills, Aluminum smelters and OEMs of heavy machinery.

  NFPA TYPE PNEUMATIC TIE-ROD CYLINDERS. 250PSI OPERATING PRESSURE.

  SERIES -B- ECONOMY TYPE CYLINDER. Anodized aluminum head and cap, steel barrel. Self-adjusting cushion are standard on both ends. BORE DIAMETERS FROM 1.5 TO 6 INCHES.

  Series -PA- GENERAL PURPOSE CYLINDER. Anodized aluminum head and cap. Steel or aluminum barrel, other materials available depending on application. Cartridge type bronze gland bushing standard. Adjustable cushions and mounting accessories are availabe as options. BORE DIAMETERS FROM 1.5 TO 14INCHES. Larger bores available on requets.

  Series -PS- HEAVY DUTY CYLINDER. All steel construction for severe service applications. Cartridge type bronze gland bushing is standard. Optional adjustable cushions and a full range of mounting accessories are available. BORE DIAMETERS FROM 1.5 TO 32 INCHES.

  Series -PC- CORROSION RESISTANT CYLINDER. Stainless sreel head, cap, piston-rod, tie-rods and nuts. Carbon fiber or stainless steel barrel. Cartridge type Delrin gland bushing is standard. Adjustable cushions and a full range of mounting accessories are available as options. STANDARD BORE DIAMTERS FROM 1.5 TO 14 INCHES. Consult factory for larger bore sizes.

  VALVE ACTUATORS AND SERVO CYLINDERS.

  Series -A- PNEUMATIC GATE VALVE ACTUATOR.150psi operating pressure. Available with steel, stainless steel or carbon fiber barrels. Automation packages are available. DIAMETERS UP TO 28 INCHES AND STROKES TO 60 INCHES.

  ROTARY HYDRAULIC AND PNEUMATIC. Custom designed rack and ACTUATORS: pinion, Scotch Yoke and lever type actuators for various applications.

  Series -L- 3000PSI SERVO CYLINDER. Available in bore sizes 1.5 inches and up. Various mounting styles and adaptors for all makes of servo valves. Low-friction seals, low-mass aluminum piston and chromed and ground piston rods are standard features. CUSTOM DESIGNED CYLINDERS AND COMPLETE SYETMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SPECIAL APPLICATIONS.

  HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS.

  Series -N- 1500PSI GENERAL DUTY NFPA TYPE CYLINDER. All steel construction, cartridge type bronze gland bushing standard. Optional adjustable cushions and full range of mounting accesories are available. BORE SIZES FROM 1.5 TO 22 INCHES.

  Series -M- 3000PSI HEAVY DUTY NFPA TYPE CYLINDER. All steel construction, honed barrel and cartridge type bronze gland bushing are standard features. Optional adjustable cushions and a full range of mounting accessories are avaialble. BORE SIZES FROM 1.5 TO 32INCHES.

  Series -MH- 5000PSI HEAVY DUTY NFPA TYPE CYLINDER. Enhanced series-M- design with extra heavy-wall barrels and stress proof tie-rods. Bronze filled piston seals wear-bands and heavy duty seals are standard. BORE SIZES FROM 4 TO 32 INCHES.

  Series -R- 5000PSI MILL TYPE CYLINDER. Designed for rugged service conditions. Heavy-wall, chromed and polished cylinder barrels made from seamless tubing. Single piece steel piston, rod scrapers and djustable cushions are standard.

  PRESSURE AMPLIFIERS. Water operated, dual piston and air-over-oil pressure amplifiers of up to 26 inch diameter and up to 5000psi operating pressure are available as standard or custom designed products.
